Lovely cottage in a beautiful village, close to the beach. 3 pubs and plenty of places to visit nearby. Steep steps but there is a pathway to avoid climbing them. House was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Friendly proprietor.
Felt exceptional, nothing to complain about.

Tinakori is my go-to place in Staithes! From my first stay, where the staff kindly recommended a local taxi, I knew I had found a gem. With Wi-Fi, cots, and pets allowed, it ticks all my boxes. I keep coming back for my city break fix.

From the moment we stepped foot into this mind-blowing cottage in the beautiful village of Staiths, we were blown away by its charming location and the warm hospitality of the owners. The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. The beds were so comfortable that we felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The open living space downstairs was a jaw-dropping feature, perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The best part was the amazing location, with three pubs and the beach just a stone's throw away. Although the steps to the cottage were quite steep, we found an alternative pathway that led directly to the bottom of the hill, making it accessible for everyone. We were thrilled to find that Wi-Fi was available, and the fact that pets were allowed was a bonus. Additionally, the owners kindly offered us a lift from the carpark to the house upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture. Staiths itself is a picturesque village with friendly locals, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to plan another visit to this fantastic property and explore the equally amazing nearby attractions, such as Robbin Hoods Bay, Whitby, Saltburn, and many more. We have absolutely no complaints about this outstanding property, its incredible location, or the warm and friendly owners.

I keep coming back to this place because of the helpful staff who allowed me early check-in on my first stay. It has all I need - Wi-Fi, cots, and allows pets. No smoking on site. Already booked for Easter!

Lovely property, but seriously, who needs hot water when you can have free WiFi? So convenient to have a washing machine, fireplace, and private entrance. So posh.
Oh, you know, just a minor inconvenience of not having towels and no information about keys or contact details. But hey, who needs communication?

Enjoyed my stay in this 3-star property with its cozy fireplace and convenient washing machine. The location was fabulous, with stunning views and friendly locals.
Nothing like a low doorway to keep me on my toes! And let's not forget the delightful absence of bath towels.

I had a wonderful stay at Tinakori in Staithes. The location was fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and plenty to explore nearby. The house was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The open living space downstairs was a highlight, providing a great area to relax and unwind. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite the slight issue with hot water and the lack of bath towels, everything else about the property was great. I highly recommend Tinakori for a memorable holiday experience.

Lovely cottage in a picturesque village. Steep steps kept the lazy ones away. So many charming places nearby to explore. Robbin Hoods bay, Whitby, Saltburn, oh my!
The hot water was a delightful surprise, as in it was barely warm. Perfect for those who enjoy lukewarm baths and poor shower pressure.

the cottage is located in the beautiful village of Staiths, surrounded by stunning scenery and close to the beach. the house was immaculately clean and well-equipped, with a spacious open living area and comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the proprietor's kindness in giving us a lift from the car park to the house upon our arrival. Staiths itself is a picturesque village, and we found everyone to be incredibly friendly. There are also plenty of lovely places to visit nearby, such as Robin Hood's Bay, Whitby, and Saltburn. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😞.

The location was absolutely amazing! We were surrounded by breathtaking views and the village had a charming, picturesque vibe. the house itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient. the open living space downstairs was a great addition, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. the beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.
The hot water situation. the water temperature was only just warm and the tank was quite small, making it impossible for two people to have consecutive hot baths.
